Do I need an account? ＋

No. Govirka works with ephemeral anonymous identities — you can join a chat without an email or phone number.

How does chat expiry work? ＋

Each chat has a 60-minute sliding clock. Every new join or message resets it. When an hour passes with no activity, the chat closes and drops out of the nearby list.

Is my location shared? ＋

Only a rough radius is used to match you with nearby chats. Your precise coordinates aren’t shown to other users.

What about iOS or Desktop? ＋

The app ships for Android first. Other platforms are on the roadmap.
